Tom Shirley

Operations Manager

Tom joined IDAD in 2016 working within the Central Sales Team which was his first job in the financial sector. Tom moved into the Operations team after a year and is now the Operations Manager with oversight of and responsibility for the rest of the team. The team is key to the smooth running of the business and includes duties such as transaction processing, settlement, trading for the IDAD Funds, document production, valuations, product pricing, performance reporting, regulatory transaction reporting and much more. Tom manages relationships with many of our external partners, ensuring that the business runs in a manner that is consistently smooth and efficient for our customers. In his spare time Tom is a keen sportsman and plays for a local football team as well as hitting the occasional golf ball.

Tom is a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments (CISI) and is studying towards further financial services qualifications.
